Tell me what you guys think
Ive been using this in aspenwood kuzrick side it seems to be working good

Swift chop
distracting blow
penetrating chop
eviscerate(elite)
executioners strike
bonetties defence
heal signet
plague touch

basicly i start out with swift chop try to interupt any healing and unload with pene+evis+exe

Bonetties defense to tank those luxon wars while my party kills trutels
healsig for healing
plague touch to get rid of conditions and counter condition based builds

please dont flame just constructive critisism

Also my runes are
str=11
Axe=15(12+3)
tactics=8 (6+2)
sup vigor rune

i use a razorstone and exalted ageis

For the competitive missions, it doesn't look too bad at all. I'd personally drop either Swift Chop or Penetrating Blow for Sprint, because a speed buff is incredibly useful against kiters, and just for getting to where you need to get faster . Also, a much more efficient attribute setup would be:

Str: 10 (9+1)
Axe: 16 (12+4)
Tactics: 10 (9+1)

Or if you really want to keep that Ascalon Helm (I'm assuming ), try

Str: 10 (9+1)
Axe: 15 (12+3)
Tactics: 11 (9+2)

The difference between 10 and 11 Strength is so small as to be negligible, while having 10 tactics rather than 8 boosts your Heal Sig by 15.

I would through in a res sig if you go into pvp. I would drop bonettis defense because your most likely going to be targeted last, and tanking at the end of a battle is needless. I would replace distracting blow ith chop, as most skills you would interupt with blow can just be used again, while chop disables them for quite a while. Another thing to consider is replacing pentrating blow with furious axe, as the 20% armor pen of pen blow is only 9% more than your other attack skills, and furious axe does more raw damage. I would pick up a speed boost and IAS. My build would look like this:

Res sig (distracting chop if you feel the res is unneeded)
furious axe
eviscerate(elite)
executioners strike
sprint
frenzy
heal signet
plague touch
